One-on-One Consultations

Sometimes you just need someone to talk to — someone who actually knows this territory.

Pregnancy and early parenthood come with a lot of noise. Conflicting advice, overwhelming information, well-meaning opinions from every direction. It can be hard to know what applies to you, what to trust, and what to do next.

These sessions are a quiet space to cut through all of that. Just you, your story, and someone who will genuinely listen — and then help you figure out what you actually need.

30–40 minutes, over video call

This is a chance to be heard from the beginning. We'll talk through your pregnancy so far — what's been on your mind, what you're hoping for, what feels uncertain. Together we'll look at the full picture: your health, your lifestyle, your support systems, your care provider, and what would help you feel most prepared going into birth.

We'll close with a clear sense of what your next steps are and how BirthSense can support you.

Bringing your partner along is warmly encouraged.

Fee: ₹1,500 (deductible if you go on to book doula support)

Approximately one hour, online or in-person home visit (Bangalore)

The early weeks after birth can be tender, disorienting, and full of questions. This session is for you — to debrief your birth experience, talk through how you and your baby are settling in, and get some real, grounded guidance on what's normal and what needs attention.

We'll cover sleep, feeding, your daily rhythms, your emotional state, and anything specific to breastfeeding that needs a closer look. Where possible, I'll observe a feeding session and offer practical, personalised guidance. I'll also stay available to support you over the following two weeks as things shift and settle.

Again, your partner is welcome and encouraged to join.

Fee: ₹2,000 online

₹2,500 for a home visit + conveyance (Bangalore only)

(Already included as part of the doula support package)

Please note: if something comes up that needs specialist clinical support, I'll point you toward the right person. I'd rather refer you well than stretch beyond what I can genuinely offer.
